Description:
Charity golf tournament, held in memory of Troy Simoncelli who was a professional golf caddie at Pinehurst Golf Resort. 18 hole scramble with contests such as closest to the pin, longest drive and a putting contest. Huge raffle, last year we had over 70 raffle prizes, one prize being an overnight at Foxwoods Casino and a round of golf at Lake of Isles for 4. The entry fee includes 18 holes with a cart, breakfast and dinner buffet. Registration begins at 8:45am.
All proceeds fund a Free Junior Golf Camp held at Stonybrook Golf Course in Litchfield, CT. This year the camp has already sold out and we are happy to announce that we are sponsoring 24 kids, ages 6-12, giving them the opportunity to learn the game of golf that otherwise would not be able to.
